Week 1 EOC: Best & Worst Jobs

Let’s start with my worst job ever and not to be surprised it was my first job ever. I never thought about getting into retail but I did, so I went to Nick and he got me an interview with this lady Tina because she needed someone to work her booth at this convention. I thought this would be great plus she’s paying me 12 an hour, how could I pass this up. I was soon wrong, it was so boring because she would leave and I’d be there by myself all day with literally nothing to do simply because the convention she was at was really slow. Also she would give me a time when she’ll be back and not come back on time so I would be late going home or to school because I took the bus around. Marc Jacobs my best job so far, and again thanks to Nick I got this job and it’s totally where I want to be starting my career. Yes, I’m just a part time sales associate but it’s a high end store, I make a dollar more, and I get more hours there. I also love that I have coworkers and a set schedule every week so I know for sure I’m working and making money every month to pay for school. Also they work with my school schedule and I’m really thankful for that. I see myself sticking with this job to learn the material I need for when I leave to do me."Like everywhere else, the managers had primary work responsibilities that involved a specific cost or revenue. And they had to be concerned with many human resources details that impacted their employees. I'll tell you, jhonathan, the world of human resources management is full of legal, technical, and other concerns that are pretty far removed from helping guests, preparing and serving meals, and cleaning guest rooms."
